Scope, pricing, and what comes next.
Yes. Discovery establishes the scope, deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. We then quote for the full project. Payment terms are agreed before work starts. Changes outside the agreed scope are reviewed and priced separately.
We agree a specific question or hypothesis, the data to use, and a bounded set of experiments or attempts. Acceptance is based on completing that work and reporting the findings, including negative or inconclusive results. Open-ended work can be discussed as a monthly retainer.
Yes. The scope includes new builds, replacements, integrations, and legacy migrations. Existing interfaces, operational constraints, and the cutover plan are part of discovery.
Code, tests, documentation, and a runbook are included in the handover. Where continued technical oversight or ongoing work is needed, a separate retainer can be discussed. Post-delivery responsibilities are defined in the agreement.
